Single Panel Minimize

Single panel paintings are the original rifleart format that I started experimenting with in 2004.  There are currently paintings in two sizes, 16 X 20, and 20 X 24.  The 20 X 24's are the current size canvas that we are using and to me, seem to be the best size to display the random nature of this painting style.  Each type of painting has its own specially constructed easel.  The single panel paintings are made by attaching the paint filled balloons, four colors, to the side of the easel and then shooting.  I approach each painting with the same joy and anticipation of the results as the first ones.  What is hard to see in the photographs is the color changing nature of these special metallic paints.  The color tones can be slightly different than in the photograph, but to me viewing of the actual painting is the best.

Click on each painting for more detail.
